We will review the number of billable users on the monthly renewal date and adjust the charges accordingly. This way, you will only pay for the latest number of billable users. There are two scenarios:
If the number of users in the workspace has changed, and you conducted new surveys during that time period, we will recalculate your bill based on the new number of users.
If the number of users in the workspace has changed, but you did not conduct new surveys during that period of time, the bill will remain the same as the previous billing cycle.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will have access to your plan features until the end of the current billing period. Send a message to our support team to cancel your plan.
